What We Do

We run a cybersecurity consulting firm. We do things like:

• Penetration testing
• Security architecture reviews
• Writing custom security tools

Any actual work we do for you gets its own formal contract. This website is just here to tell you we exist.

Intellectual Property

We own the text, the logo, and the code on this site. It is protected by standard copyright laws.

Please do not reproduce our content without permission. If you want to use our research or reference our tools, please contact us first.

The name ProksiAbel is ours.

User Obligations

While using this site, you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information through the contact form.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems. (We test systems professionally; unauthorized testing is prohibited).
• Run automated scrapers that ignore our robots.txt.
• Engage in any illegal activity.

Disclaimer

We try to make sure everything on this site is accurate. But we make no guarantees. The security advice written here is general. Your specific network is your own problem until you hire us.

Use this information at your own risk.

If we link to an external site, we don't control it. We aren't responsible if you click a link and their site is compromised.

Liability (Or Lack Thereof)

As far as the law allows, ProksiAbel OÜ is not liable if your business loses money, data, or reputation because you used this website.

• If our site goes offline, that is on us, but we owe you nothing.
• If you catch a virus from a third-party link, we are not liable.

This applies regardless of how angry your lawyers get.

You Cover Us

If you do something incredibly reckless on our site and we get sued for it, you are paying our legal fees.

• Don't violate the terms.
• Don't violate other people's rights.

The Law

We are an Estonian company. These rules are governed by Estonian law.

If we end up in court, it happens in Tallinn, Estonia.

If you live somewhere else, it is your job to make sure you aren't breaking your local laws by reading this.

We Can Ban You

If you mess around, we will block your IP. We do not need to warn you first.

Even if we ban you, the legal protections in these terms still apply to us.
